I have been creating beautiful weddings and special events in Kalkan and Kas, since 2008, although my love story with Turkey started 30 years ago when I first visited this wonderful country on a family holiday. After studying for a Languages and Tourism Management degree at University, I taught English as a Foreign Language in both Istanbul and Antalya before making Kalkan my home. Following a stint as a holiday representative and Area Manager for a high end travel company, I set up Kalkan Concierge, the first wedding planning business in the village, 12 years ago.

My approach to planning and organising weddings and special events is bespoke and unique. As I am locally based, have a long standing relationship with both venue owners and suppliers, and speak Turkish, I can offer a truly personal and hands on experience to each of my wedding couples.

I am beyond passionate about what I do, helping couples celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives, in a country that I love, is an absolute dream come true.

I am married to my wonderful and supportive husband, Feridun and we have two Kalkan Concierge ‘assistants’ in Timur and Bartu, our lovely children.
