Rosie made our dream day! She gave us everything we wanted and more! I had quite specific requests and all of them got fulfilled and Rosie fully exceeded our expectations! From the first week of planning, over a year ago, Kalkan Concierge where on hand at all hours of the day to help me with queries and questions I had. Right up to the final moments I always got a quick response. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Rosie and she really is a beautiful person! Some of our wedding party, including myself, count Rosie as one of our friends now!
Rosie read out our wedding ceremony, organised everything, she even had to sit me down and give my head a wobble during my bride meltdown before the ceremony. I cannot thank you enough Rosie for making my wedding the best day of my life!
Well where do I even begin, Rosie and her husband at Kalkan Concierge started off as our wedding planners and have finished as our friends.

Getting married in Kalkan was always our plan as Nick and I meet there and have built a great life there with many friends.
We have many friends and contacts in Kalkan and so the planning began! Then we met Rosie through a good friend and what a great find that was. I just cannot recommend her enough. She offered great advice on our plans and helped in areas where we were struggling (most notably our lack of the Turkish language!!) She was always there for us when we need a sounding board for one of our ideas. On the day itself Rosie took complete control for us.
She was a real asset to our wedding and the best wedding planner I have ever met in the 20 years of being in the business.
I first contacted Rosie at the start of 2018, and from the very beginning I felt extremely comforted by the fact that I had somebody local to the area who could liaise with all the suppliers i.e. florists, catering team, videographer etc. without issue.
